PLANT-BASED LIVING
For those who think it's hard to eat vegetarian/vegan in Hong Kong, there are tons of restaurants that have vegetarian/vegan options. Living plant-based has never been easier here!
We at Green Hour aim to promote plant-based dining through our plant-based food tours. What better way to learn about how to cut meat out of your diet than to explore a part of the city and enjoy some tasty snacks along the way?

GREAT! BUT WHY GO VEGAN?
Veganism can seem like such a big task, yet it is something that we must all consider. Currently, 25% of Hong Kongers already practice a flexitarian diet, with roughly 5% of women in Hong Kong being vegetarian. This is pretty good, however that still means 75% of people in Hong Kong are eating more meat than is suggested.
Animal agriculture is the silent killer. It has worked its way into out society to a point where people are looked down upon or mocked for considering the notion that maybe we don't need to eat animal products. It is well advertised to look like some haven where animals have endless space to roam, which is far from the truth.
