Green Hour's Plogging initiative aims to get as many people as possible from all backgrounds, abilities and ages involved in environmentalism. Whether you are a fitness fanatic or simply want to burn a few extra pounds, we have something for everyone, all whilst helping green our city and make new friends along the way!

We host plogging events throughout the city. Whether it's Wan Chai, Tsuen Wan, Yuen Long or Kwun Tong, there is always a need for a plog. We live in a city which is plagued with trash for various reasons. More often than not it comes down to educational issues or simply a lack of regard for the local environment.
