Participation Agreement: By participating in the cleanup activity organised by Green Hour Foundation, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions.

Safety: Participants must prioritise their safety and the safety of others throughout the event. Follow all safety instructions provided by the organisers. Wear appropriate clothing and footwear to ensure personal safety.

Behavior: Treat all participants, organisers, and members of the public with respect. Refrain from engaging in any behavior that may cause harm or discomfort to others.

Environmental Stewardship: Participants are expected to handle all waste materials with care and dispose of them appropriately.
Avoid causing any harm to the natural environment during the cleanup process.

Equipment: Use provided cleanup equipment responsibly and return it at the end of the event. Report any damaged or malfunctioning equipment to the organisers immediately.

Liability: Green Hour Foundation is not liable for any injuries or damages that may occur during the cleanup activity.
Participants are responsible for their own safety and well-being.

Photographs and Media: By participating in the event, you consent to the use of your image in photographs or videos for promotional purposes.

Cancellation: Green Hour Foundation reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the event due to unforeseen circumstances. Participants will be notified in advance.

Conduct: Any participant found to be in violation of these terms and conditions may be asked to leave the event at the discretion of the organisers.
